Are you struggling with trying to create a way of working that doesn't fit the traditional 9 to 5 mold, but having problems staying motivated or focused?

Lynn can help!

Everyone needs a push in the right direction once in a while. As your coach and consultant, Lynn will work with you to help you with issues such non-traditional time management and motivation, including setting goals, determining priorities, and managing projects. Lynn specializes in coaching independent professionals who work outside the traditional 9 to 5 corporate structure. She coaches people from all walks of life, from lawyers to freelance writers to comedians. Lynn can help you:
  • organize your day to give you more time and energy
  • devise an organizational system that works for you, rather than against you
  • develop a long term plan for your life -- where do you want to be next year? in 5 years? 10 years? -- and come up with a road map to get you there
  • get the support you need (increasing your circle of friends, asking for help from family)
  • make your daily tasks more efficient, less draining and more fun
  • develop self-discipline skills and techniques that work for you
  • take action/get started on something you've been putting off, from small
  • get motivated to do things such as sorting through your file drawers to large things like starting that novel
  • find ways to add creativity to your work and life
  • simplify your life

Learn how you can achieve your goals by incorporating time and project management techniques developed specifically for people who can think outside the corporate box.

When you work with Lynn as a coach, you'll meet with her by phone on a regular basis to discuss your goals and how to best achieve them. Lynn provides warm, practical advice and support to her many clients. Check out the testimonials scattered throughout this website - she helped these people, and she can help you too!

What is Coaching?

We can all use a little extra help to get where we want to go. Just as a swimming coach can teach you techniques that shave seconds off your lap time, a personal coach can help you discover ways to reach your goals faster. A personal coach is your cheerleader, a supportive shoulder, and a listening ear. You coach will bring you the fresh perspective and objectivity that a personal friend or associate may not have, to help you move forward with your career and your life.

Each coaching session centers around you: your successes, your struggles and your goals. Imagine -- a relationship that just focuses on you!

A coach is not a psychiatrist or psychologist. Coaches work with healthy people who just want more out of life. More time. More happiness. More balance. More success.

What MORE do you want?

How Coaching Works

Most coaching is done by phone, which gives you the freedom to have your session from anywhere in the world -- including the comfort of your own home. While most clients prefer to speak with Lynn weekly, you can set the pace and schedule that works for you. The coaching relationship can last for years, or just a few months, depending on your individual challenges and objectives. Lynn requests that you plan on at least a three-month commitment to coaching, since it often takes a few months to begin to see real changes in your life.

Try it for yourself. Contact Lynn today for your very own FREE sample coaching session.

Coaching Vs. Therapy

Coaching does not follow a medical model as does therapy. This means that in coaching we don't assume that there is anything about you that needs to be fixed. Rather than going back to heal your past, in coaching we work on where you are and on taking you forward from where you are today to the full expression of your magnificent self. There is no competition between coaching and therapy. Some clients have both therapists and coaches and receive a different value from both.

If you're in a good place right now and want to get to a great place, now might be the time to consider a coach.
